Explore Your Genealogy!
Available to patrons starting Monday, May 2nd the library will have a trial subscription to and – world collection. These two search engines allow families access to thousands of documents including federal and states censuses, military records, vital and church records, passenger lists, full-text articles and more.

These services will be available to patrons until May 27th. If we receive a positive response, the library will consider a yearly account.

Library Closed for Holiday
Friday, May 27th at 4pm the library will have its monthly "Movie Friday." Come meet your friends for a movie and some popcorn!

The library will be closed Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day.

Northfield Memorial Parade, Sunday June 5th
Our annual Memorial Day Parade (Decoration Day) will be held Sunday, June 5th at 11am starting at the Northfield Green. The parade will wind down Main Street and end at the Northfield Cemetery. The Village Improvement Society will have refreshments afterwards for everyone at the pavilion. Children are invited to march along with the library. Wear red, white and blue and meet us at the Green at 10:45 am!
